It's time to step into the spotlight! In this fun, high-energy class, young performers will learn the dance styles and stage moves that bring Broadway musicals to life. Through upbeat music, exciting choreography, and creative movement games, students will build confidence while exploring the basics of musical theatre dance.
Each week, dancers will learn age-appropriate combinations inspired by popular musicals, while developing coordination, rhythm, balance, flexibility, and stage presence. Along the way, they'll practice storytelling through movement, facial expressions, and character, discovering how dance helps bring songs and stories to life.
