Join professional dancer and PAC teaching artist Emie Hughes in this free Dance for Parkinson's class. Through ballet, modern, and tap vocabulary, we will explore the joy of movement through sitting, standing, and across the floor sequences. Come dance with us as we cultivate joy, community, and exploration of movement! Free for people with Parkinson's and their care partners. Family and friends are also welcome to attend. No prior dance or movement experience required.
