Description:
A new version of the mother is born with each new baby. This transformation can feel both expansive and challenging, as familiar parts of yourself shift and new parts come into being. We'll come together to talk honestly about identity, emotions, relationships, expectations, rest, support, and the many changes that accompany welcoming a new child into your family.
Each gathering begins with a theme and unfolds through a therapist-facilitated, whole-group conversation, inviting participants to share, listen, reflect, and learn from one another's experiences. Together, we'll make sense of this season while building meaningful connections with other moms who are living it, too.
This is a four-part series. Join for one gathering or all four. Babies are welcome! Open to first-time moms and moms with older children.
