Are you a new mom, dad, or caregiver who just needs to DANCE IT OUT?! Or are you a pregnant mom trying to stay active before baby arrives? Join a joyful dance party led by professional dancers and new moms Emie Hughes and Kate Slovich. Each week we will explore a new form of dance, including ballroom, ballet, modern, disco, and more. Get some gentle exercise, bond with baby, socialize and have fun! Dance with your pre-walking baby in a carrier, embrace postpartum feelings, and connect in a supportive circle. No experience needed, just bring your baby and self.
