Start a Journaling Habit: A Workshop with Beth from Circle Up

Start date: Saturday, October 17 2026.

Schedule:

 Saturday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM,

 Art Room,

 Elizabeth Huxta

Resource person: Beth Huxta

Location: Art Room | 129 Park Avenue, Swarthmore, PA, 19081

Description:

Have you ever thought, I'd really like to start journaling? Or maybe you've started a journal only to stop after filling a few pages of yet another beautiful notebook. If that sounds familiar, this workshop is for you.

I'll share how I got into the habit of journaling (I wasn't always a journaler!), how I've maintained that habit over time, and what keeps my practice exciting and something I genuinely look forward to. Then we’ll journal together as I guide you through my favorite easy, low-stakes prompts, the ones I return to again and again.

After the workshop, you can try them at home to help build a journaling habit that sticks!
